Before you ask
The questions every school asks
How quickly can staff be using it?
The same day. One login for your school and your staff are in the modules straight away. There is nothing to install and no data to migrate.
Is every member of staff really included?
Yes. The price covers your whole staff body, teachers and teaching assistants alike, rather than charging per seat or per course.
Do staff get a qualification?
Each module ends with a scored assessment and an individual certificate, and the school keeps an inspection-ready evidence record. It is specialist professional training rather than an accredited qualification.
Is any pupil information stored?
None. The platform holds no pupil records at all. A pupil's name is typed on your own screen at the moment you export a document, and goes no further.
Where is our school’s data stored?
In the United Kingdom: the platform’s database is hosted in London. We hold no pupil records at all, and the full picture, including our suppliers, is set out in the privacy notice and data processing agreement every school receives.
Does it replace our SENCo's judgement?
No, and it is built not to. It produces a professional first draft from what your staff select, for a qualified professional to review, refine and own.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, by design. The tools are built to be used where the work happens: on a learning walk, in a meeting, at a desk. Any device with a browser, nothing to install.
What happens if we leave?
There are no pupil records to hand back, because we never hold any. The staff accounts and training records we do hold are deleted within 30 days of the subscription ending, returned to you first if you ask. Every document you exported already lives in your own systems.
What happens when guidance changes?
Content is updated centrally and every school receives it automatically, which is exactly what the annual subscription is for.
